Across the United States and around the world, rates of depression are rising — especially among youth and adults — and it’s something many of us or our loved ones will face at some point in life.

Our approach includes an assessment of which areas in your relationship you’d like to see improvement in and what patterns have changed, the reasons why, or where you feel stuck. Our approach also seeks to educate the couple on applicable and valuable skills that they can begin using in their relationship.
Some of our couples work is based on the Gottman Approach to Couples Therapy, a research-based method by John and Julie Gottman. Depending upon the assessment, goals of the couple, and time commitment, the length of therapy can vary.
